These words were scrawled on the side of a wall in the Mission a few blocks from the studio.

What would you write on a wall to capture your philosophy?  Would it be different than the words you’d love to live by?

This philosophy is mirrored in the positive psychology view, which focuess more on our strengths than our vulenrabilities.

It is also deeply embodied in ancient meditative and healing practices, qigong.
